I have to scrub my invisialign with a toothbrush to get it off and it’s hard to get out of my mouth in general to eat - so im pretty sure I’ve ended up eating it as well.

You then have to put it on your finger and swipe it on the area you want it- it’s important to swipe and not dab. ACTIVATE: The gel might seem paste-like and sticky at first, but on contact with saliva it will form a thick, adhesive and malleable gel. Iglü Protect works by creating a lasting protective gel barrier, which sticks in place to smooth over protruding parts of the brace to help prevent them from damaging the soft delicate lining of the mouth etc.

However, bear in mind that it may be necessary to re-apply it afterwards and preferably after cleaning the teeth. It’s defo better than wax but it’s expensive for a tiny tube and for me at least, the benefits are minimal.
